[PATCH] pinctrl: stm32: fix HDP driver dependency on GPIO_GENERIC

[Amelie Delaunay]

The HDP driver uses the generic GPIO chip API, but this configuration
may not be enabled.
Ensure it is enabled by selecting the appropriate option.
