[PATCH v4 0/5] Stop returning struct page from guest_memfd PFN lookup

v4 splits out a new patch (3) that makes use of KVM MMU invalidation logic
introduced into the RMP fault handling in patch 2 to avoid warning on a
benign case.

Other changes in v4:
