[PATCH 7/8] ARM: dts: aspeed: Declare SPI NOR flashes on remaining boards

Declare jedec,spi-nor flash nodes on the AST2600 EVB, Qualcomm
DC-SCM, Quanta S6Q, and UfiSpace NCPlite boards with the properties
previously inherited from aspeed-g6.dtsi stubs. Keep status = "okay"
so these boards stay enabled while the SoC stubs still exist.
