[PATCH v2 4/5] arm64: dts: imx93: Cortex-A Core remoteproc device node

[Jiafei Pan]

Create device tree for i.MX93 14x14 evk and 11x11 evk, add Cortex-A Core
remoteproc device nodes in these device tree.
