[PATCH 01/12] dt-bindings: arm: coresight: Add cpu cluster tmc/funnel/replicator support

Add the following compatible strings to the bindings:
- arm,coresight-cpu-funnel
- arm,coresight-cpu-replicator
- arm,coresight-cpu-tmc

Each requires 'power-domains' when used.
