[PATCH 09/17] lib/crypto: sha3: Consistently use EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL

Consistently use EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL in sha3.c, instead of a mix of
EXPORT_SYMBOL and EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL.
