[PATCH v4 1/4] arm64: dts: im8mp-phy{board,core}: update license and copyright

[Yannic Moog]

Update Copyright year and change license from GPL-2.0 to
GPL-2.0-or-later OR MIT. Use syntax as defined in the SPDX standard.
Also remove individual authorship.
