[PATCH v3 13/23] iommufd/selftest: Add coverage for IOMMUFD_CMD_VQUEUE_ALLOC

Some simple tests for IOMMUFD_CMD_VQUEUE_ALLOC infrastructure covering the
new iommufd_vqueue_depend/undepend() helpers.
