Yes. Kevin pointed out the same.

I found that the final version only has EOPNOTSUPP errno (had one
of WIP versions reporting EINVAL). So, yea, doing a ssize_t would
be cleaner and EOPNOTSUPP is probably enough. Will change in v2.
