[PATCH 0/2] Enable CMU_PERIS and MCT for Exynos990

Hi all!

This series enables a new clock block and the MCT for the Exynos990 SoC.
The MCT design is reused from previous SoCs. It generates 12 timer
interrupts.

Compile-time and run-time dependency:
