PSA: rmk offline from tomorrow evening, possibly up to a month-ish

All,
As some are aware, I am undergoing cataract surgery, and through much
of August, I have not been able to spend much time in front of the
computer - and thus have not been responsive, nor have I been pushing
many patches out.
The left eye surgery was done towards the beginning of the month, and
has been progressing well, but the sight through that eye is not (yet)
sufficient to read the screen well enough due to remaining
astigmatism distorting the text. The left eye will continue to change
as it heals.
I currently have a large difference in short-sightedness between each
of my eyes, which not only destroys my 3D vision, but also makes
correction with glasses impossible. The solution is for the right eye
to also have cataract surgery to bring its prescription close to that
of the left.
The next surgery is scheduled for this Friday. I am expecting that
this will leave me without the ability to read the computer screen at
least for a few days after surgery, but possibly up until the sight has
sufficiently settled to allow replacement prescription glasses to be
made up to correct any astigmatism.
Hence, I may not be able to respond to *any* *email* for about a month.
I will be sending the fix that I have in my tree to Linus today, and
then tomorrow I will prepare and send Linus the pull request for
development work I've merged.
So, after Thursday evening, please expect even less interaction from
me than has been the case through August until I'm able to adequately
see the screen again.
