[PATCH 07/14] dt-bindings: pinctrl: stm32: support IO synchronization parameters

Support the following IO synchronization parameters:
- Delay (in ns)
- Delay path (input / output)
- Clock edge (single / double edge)
- Clock inversion
- Retiming
