[PATCH v11 2/7] remoteproc: Add TEE support

Arnaud Pouliquen arnaud.pouliquen at foss.st.com
Wed Oct 9 01:01:03 PDT 2024

Add a remoteproc TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) driver
that will be probed by the TEE bus. If the associated Trusted
application is supported on secure part this driver offers a client
interface to load a firmware by the secure part.
This firmware could be authenticated by the secure trusted application.

Signed-off-by: Arnaud Pouliquen <arnaud.pouliquen at foss.st.com>
---
Updates vs v9 revision:
- remove unused trproc variable in tee_rproc_find_loaded_rsc_table(),
- add check on trproc in tee_rproc_get_loaded_rsc_table()
- move REMOTEPROC_TEE declaration just after REMOTEPROC_CDEV in Makefile
  and Kconfig files
- rename MAX_TEE_PARAM_ARRY_MEMBER to MAX_TEE_PARAM_ARRAY_MEMBER
- rename tee_interface to rproc_tee_itf to better identify that it is
related to the remoteproc tee implementation, not to a platform
  implementation such as Qualcomm.
- print an error in tee_rproc_release_fw() instead of returning the error
No action can be done to fix get out from the release error.
