Thanks for your comments, I used to use this cmd:
make DT_CHECKER_FLAGS=-m dt_binding_check
DT_SCHEMA_FILES=Documentation/devicetree/bindings/memory-
controllers/mediatek,smi-larb.yaml
And I will upgrade dtschema and change to use 'make dt_binding_check'
again.
