Andrew: I am thinking to split this patch into two and send out v2.
1) Fix axiethernet register description (XAE_PHYC_OFFSET->XAE_RMFC_OFFSET,
XAE_FMI -> XAE_FMC)

2) Remove unused bitmasks , register offsets.

Please let me know if you have any other thoughts.
