Userspace programs segfaulting since CONFIG_ARM_PAN was introduced for LPAE

This is a known bug. Make sure you have this applied:

eebadafc3b14 ("ARM: 9398/1: Fix userspace enter on LPAE with CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE=y")
