[PATCH v1] drivers/pinctrl/samsung: Use kmemdup_array instead of kmemdup for multiple allocation

Let the kememdup_array() take care about
multiplication and possible overflows.

Using kmemdup_array() is more appropriate 
and makes the code easier to audit.
