A nit, subject: drop second/last, redundant "bindings for". The
"dt-bindings" prefix is already stating that these are bindings.

Use compatible as filename (especially that you do not expect it to grow).

"syscon node" is Linux term. Instead describe to what part of hardware
this phandle is and why do you need it.
