Problem is that in __netlink_dump_start() you take dpll_xa_lock
(in control->start(cb)) while holding nlk->cb_mutex, then you unlock
the nlk->cb_mutex and take it again in netlink_dump().
I hear "Chiquitita" from the distance :)
