[PATCH] Compilation issue in linux-socfpga

Hi!

I've fixed a compilation issue I ran into in linux-socfgpa with the
socfpga_defconfig target where the _nocache variant of devm_ioremap is
used, which has been removed in 2019. This seems to be a problem on all
the existing branches, or at least I checked 6.0 and it still has it.
5.15 also has this issue.

This fpga-dma.c file seems to only be present in the downstream
linux-socfpga tree, so that's the only place this patch is required.
