[PATCH] net: stmmac: xgmac: RX queue routing configuration

Commit abe80fdc6ee6 ("net: stmmac: RX queue routing configuration")
introduced RX queue routing to DWMAC4 core.
This patch extend the support to XGMAC2 core.
