Similar few lines below.
Anyway if you have lcu_width, lcu_height, please use it.

Or maybe better drop them and use:
width64 = ALIGN(ctx->img_width, 64);
height32 = ALIGN(ctx->img_height, 32);
which seems to fit better here, I suppose it could replace all ALIGN(ctx->img_...).
Anyway something to improve readability would be good.
