Yes, exactly. Just one nit, please don't use underscores.

this is fine ^

venc_core0: venc_hw@(addr)
this is NOT ok ^^

By the way, one (or more than one) of the commits in this series
is not working correctly, giving a kernel panic on dma mem alloc.
