Nit: Since this function doesn't simply return the host's pmuver, but the
pmuver limit for guests, perhaps "kvm_arm_pmu_get_guest_pmuver_limit"
might be more clear (closer to what it does) ?

ID_AA64DFR0_EL1 (or move it to kvm_arm_pmu_get_host_pmuver()?).
