[PATCH 4/4] drivers/perf: arm-cci: Fix checkpatch spacing error

Fix some coding style issues reported by checkpatch.pl, including
following types:

ERROR: need consistent spacing around '-' (ctx:WxV)
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
