IMX_BLK_CTL_PD_HANDSHAKE is mostly for the bus clk of the blk ctl,
but vpu not have a dedicated bus clk for handshake, however H1 clk
could be used for handshake, so I mark it with IMX_BLK_CTL_PD_HANDSHAKE.
