Add three methods IMX_RPROC_NONE(no need start/stop), IMX_RPROC_MMIO
(start/stop through mmio) and IMX_RPROC_SMC(start/stop through ARM SMCCC).
The current SoCs supported are all using IMX_RPROC_MMIO.
