From: Marc Zyngier <maz at kernel.org>
commit b9d699e2694d032aa8ecc15141f698ccb050dc95 upstream.
As we are about to report a bit more information to the rest of
the kernel, rename __vgic_v3_get_ich_vtr_el2() to the more
explicit __vgic_v3_get_gic_config().
No functional change.
