Internal error: synchronous external abort: 96000210 [#1] PREEMPT SMP

Hi

I've got this error on the MacchiatoBIN board. The board has been working 
flawlessly for two years.

The error happened during sata and network load.

After the error happened, the machine continued working, but firefox was 
crashing with SIGBUS on startup. When I flushed cache with "echo 3 
>/proc/sys/vm/drop_caches", firefox stopped crashing and worked 
normally.

What's the reason? Could it be bad memory? (I use 16GiB ECC RAM)
