[PATCH] drivers/perf: Prevent forced unbinding of ARM_DMC620_PMU drivers

Set "suppress_bind_attrs" to true, so that bind/unbind can be
disabled via sysfs and prevent unbinding ARM_DMC620_PMU drivers
during perf sampling.
