There's quite a lot of CLK_IGNORE_UNUSED. Should these be
CLK_IS_CRITICAL instead, and then only the ones that are truly critical
to the system still running should be marked as critical along with a
comment explaining what they're clocking and why that device isn't
probing and enabling the clks itself.

Do some clks have parents and other clks don't? Or do they always have
parents? Preferably it's one or the other. And if there are parents,
please use clk_parent_data instead of parent_names.
