[PATCH v2 1/3] dt-bindings: pinctrl: Add bindings for pinctrl-mchp-sgpio driver

This adds DT bindings for the Microsemi/Microchip SGPIO controller,
bindings microchip,sparx5-sgpio, mscc,ocelot-sgpio and
mscc,luton-sgpio.
