[PATCH v4 0/2] Add SPMI support for Mediatek MT6873/8192 SoC IC

This series adds support for new SoC MT6873/8192 to the spmi driver.

changes since v3:
- update correct maintainer of the binding document.
- modify debug messages in the mtk spmi probe function.
- enable the sys clk and timer clk for spmi driver.
