[PATCH v6 06/14] dt-bindings: PCI: cadence: Remove "mem" from reg binding

[Kishon Vijay Abraham I]

"mem" is not a memory resource and it overlaps with PCIe config space
and memory region. Removve "mem" from reg binding.
