[PATCH V2 00/29] PCI: deprecate pci_get_bus_and_slot()

Deprecate pci_get_bus_and_slot() in favor of pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot()
in order to remove domain 0 assumptions in the kernel.
pci_get_bus_and_slot() is restrictive such that it assumes domain=0 as
where a PCI device is present. This restricts the device drivers to be
reused for other domain numbers.
Use pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot() with a domain number of 0 where we can't
extract the domain number. Other places, use the actual domain number from
the device.

extract pci_dev from struct drm_device and use pdev to find the domain
number.
* i915: extract the domain number from drm_device.
* nouveau: try to use the domain number where available.
* PCI/quirks: use the domain number from pdev
* video: fbdev: riva: Change the function signature for CalcStateExt and
RivaGetConfig to pass in struct pci_dev in addition to RIVA_HW_INST so that
code inside the riva_hw.c can also calculate domain number and pass it to
pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot().
* video: fbdev: nvidia: struct nvidia_par has a pointer to struct pci_dev.
Use the pci_dev member to extract the domain information and pass it
to pci_get_domain_bus_and_slot() function.
