The header is used by all drivers that communicate with the BPMP, and 
they are scattered around the tree in their corresponding modules - e.g. 
drivers/clk/tegra/clk-bpmp.c, or the upcoming 
drivers/thermal/tegra/bpmp-thermal.c.
