[PATCH v5 4/7] drm/bridge/synopsys: Add MIPI DSI host controller bridge

Add a Synopsys Designware MIPI DSI host DRM bridge driver, based on the
Rockchip version from rockchip/dw-mipi-dsi.c with phy & bridge APIs.
