Does that make the code easier to read ? I presonally like being able to grep for
"options" in the driver to get a glimpse.

A call to watchdog_init_timeout() may be valuable here to catch
timeout values from devicetree. Otherwise, displaying the selected timeout
below (which is a constant) doesn't really add much value.
