liteBoard is a development board which uses liteSOM as its base.
Hardware specification:
* liteSOM (i.MX6UL, DRAM, eMMC)
* Ethernet PHY (id 0)
* USB host (usb_otg1)
* MicroSD slot (uSDHC1)
Signed-off-by: Marcin Niestroj <m.niestroj at grinn-global.com>

Changes v3 -> v4:
* Put usb otg regulator directly under root, use hyphens in node name
(suggested by Shawn)
* Rename node name: usb_otg1_vbus -> usb-otg1-vbus
Changes v2 -> v3: none
Changes v1 -> v2:
* Use dual license
* Fix typo "defaullt" -> "default"
