I cannot change to governor with 9be4fd2c7723a305.

After running 'cat performance >
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor'
the system hangs silently.

Reverting 9be4fd2c7723a305 allows me to change to performace.

Yes, this is a single core CortexA7.
