Nit: s/the subsequent call/subsequent calls/, as we blat the start and end in
separate calls (neither of which are immediately subsequent to the
vmammap_populate call).

As was mentioned in the other thread, I think we should be looking to decouple
vmemmap_populate from SWAPPER_USES_SECTION_MAPS entirely, at which point we
only need to guarantee page alignment for the shadow boundaries here in all
cases. I will take a look at that if no-one beats me to it.
