[PATCH v1 2/3] media: VPU: support Rockchip VPU

Hi Jung,
I'm interested in this patch series and I'll try to test on my RK3288 board.
Please, see my comments below to improve some things that helped me to
upstream some other patches, based on feedback from others
maintainers. Also I tend to use checkpatch with --strict option, it's
not a must but helps.

The VP8 decoder support is introduced in patch 3, right ? So here the
message is inaccurate. It's preferred have a good explanation when you
introduce a new driver so will be good if you extend a bit more the
patch description, for example.
Add rockchip-vpu driver
The VPU driver for hw video codec in Rockchip's RK3229 and RK3288
SOCs, is able to handle video decoding/encoding of in a range of
formats ... blablabla
> Signed-off-by: zhaojun <jung.zhao at rock-chips.com>
If I'm not wrong this patch and the others are based on some patches
from the chromium tree, in such case, will be good, when possible to
maintain the signed-off chain

For me is more clear define only the variable here and do the open
before check the error

BTW, is this function used ? If not remove it.

This is only to trace the function call, you can use ftrace for that
purpose so you can remove this and the others.

I think you can remove all these call too.
