[PATCH] soc: mediatek: PMIC wrap: clear the STAUPD_TRIG bit of WDT_SRC_EN

Since STAUPD interrupts aren't handled on mt8173, disable watchdog timeout
monitor of STAUPD to avoid WDT_INT triggered by STAUPD.
