Fails to compile on x86

kernel/built-in.o: In function `register_console':
(.text+0x48cba): undefined reference to `console_acpi_match'
Makefile:929: recipe for target 'vmlinux' failed
make: *** [vmlinux] Error 1

Because CONFIG_ACPI_SPCR_TABLE is never set.
