  Indeed, but  The only users maybe use it  if !HUGETLB_PAGE. 
  because  include/linux/hugetlb.h  can not export the reference if !HUGETLB_PAGE.
  IOW,  the function is not definition.  

  is it right ? or I miss the key point.
