[PATCH v2 2/4] remoteproc: Introduce Qualcomm ADSP PIL

The Qualcomm ADSP Peripheral Image Loader is used on a variety of
different Qualcomm platforms for loading firmware into and controlling
the Hexagon based ADSP.
