[PATCH 1/2] ARM: dts: imx6sx: Pass the 'adck-max-frequency' property

Specify the 'adck-max-frequency' property in the adc nodes.
According to Documentation/devicetree/bindings/iio/adc/vf610-adc.txt
this is a recommended property.
