[PATCH 1/2] ASoC: atmel: simplify Kconfig

[Alexandre Belloni]

Enclose the options in if SND_ATMEL_SOC ... endif to remove the dependency.
Also remove the useless description for SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC.
