Allwinner H3 is also sun8i, I've referred the referred the H3 dtsi
patch sent by Jens Kuske.
I've added common parts bet a23 and h3 in sun8i.dtsi.

same note added in common sun8i PATCH 4, which I'm going to resend
after your comment.
