Well, there is no direct connection but the two sets are fundamental
to get PCIe ACPI support on arm64, as you mentioned this patchset is a
requirement (stacked domains) for introducing ACPI PCI MSI support on
arm64, that should be done with a separate patch on top of this series
(I have one but first I have to find a decent solution for
ACPI MSI frame <-> device matching).
